Birth Control

I have been taking the Depo-Provera shot for 9 years now. I think it's hindering me from dropping more water weight. I have a show in 4 weeks and can't stop the shot before that time. I thought about trying to find some type of non-banned supplement that will lower my estrogen levels until I can change birth control. Does anyone have ideas of what to do?

I appreciate any help!!!

I have only cut water the night before a show.
