I would love to go to a seminar this winter...always trying to learn more. I read on the schedule about the ones in Missouri and Minnesota this winter, could anyone give me some more info? Thanks

There are a couple of seminars listed on the 2009 events page of the NANBF main page...here they are if you can't see them. Might want to contact Becky Arnold, she can get you going in the right direction for whichever one is closer to you.

Have signed up for ours on Jan. 10th? It is not totally free. The gym owner is charging 5.00 for each person this year. We are Free however. I promise you will get your 5.00 worth of info. LOL! Just bring a fold up chair and if your like bring someone along to video tape. Please do not bring your neighborhood with you however since the space is a little limited.
