You guys will have a ton of fun at the event...Fred and Jan run a top notch show. I'll be there for sure along with a lot of WNBF clients. :)

It is a great contest!

Hello girls! Being a many time competitor at Fred and Jan's show I can tell you that it is a very well run show. It is a benchmark NANBF contest. Becky and I have to try to keep up with them every year in making our contest as well run. Figure has been amazingly successful and a very important segment of our contest for our organization and we appreciate each and everyone who competes. So please spread the word about us.

Jarnold...I was in your Liberty show. I loved how you had the figure the Friday night. We had all day long to get ready. I enjoyed the show very much. Plus....I was very relaxed watching my BB friend Cori compete.

Can't wait...3 more weeks. :)

Making our contest a 2 day event initially seemed risky but we thought if we could get our great contest crew to go along with it would be successful. They all felt it would be better to make it 2 short days anyway. Really our first priority was to get more seating. We were getting allot of flack for not enough since we were selling out almost 4 weeks in advance. But what I and Becky did not realize was that this has also been a benefit for the figure contestants in the prep for the show as you mentioned. I had many competitors tell me that getting up at 3-4:00am in the morning, competing at the night show and trying to stay up till midnight for the after party was tough.

I will see you there at Golds. If you don't win your ProCard don't forget us in April.

I second what John said about the KC show...its awesome. Same goes for Johns show. Having competed there and been there just to watch, he and Becky always run a top notch show. A two day show was cool as hell...although, I remember the look on Becky's face at the after-party at about 1AM....and it looked like she was going black out. Apparently not sleeping for like 36 hours will do that to a person. HAHAHAHA

The show was fun. Thank you Jan and Fred!!!!!

I am so tired today. I never nap and I've taken two naps today. I'm on a sugar hangover. I am going to get back on track tomorrow.

My friend Cori got her PRO BB card just like I thought so congrats to her!!!!!!!

It was a blast. Everyone was so nice backstage. Tina from Alite Tanning was the BEST!!!

Hope everyone had a great time.
