The Natural Southern States Classic Figure seminar was a great success with around 50 that participated. The ladies all had allot of fun. We actually had quite a few sign up afterwards for the contest and many others verbally commit as well.

After going over how we judge, tanning tips, nutrition, training and other tips only veterans can provide we got down to the physical. For over an hour we went over 1/4 turns the T walk and T walk posing. It was fun see those who had there doubts walk out with their heads high feeling that they can do this. For us that is what we love to see. This is not for everyone! It sometimes takes some coaxing validation to make even women with obvious high level physiques feel comfortable jumping on a stage.
