Seriously! How do some of you people get sooo dark?? I need to be much darker and am having a tough time getting as dark as I need to be. I have tried Jan Tana, Pro Tan, and Dream Tan. I just don't want to be green! Any pointers would be appreciated!

I think folks always want to be darker than they are. We've just found that it take coat after coat after coat. We use Pro Tan. I've see Alite tanning (a self tanning service) at a few shows lately, but haven't paid attention to how dark the clients are getting. This might be the way to go.

I have used Tina Maas from Alite Tanning for the Liberty Show and for the Golds Classic this past weekend. She is fantastic and the color always comes out perfect. I would attach a pic, but I am at work so I cant, but there is another one of me on the Womens Bodybuilding thread. That will give you an idea of how dark you should be on stage. Good luck!

Just finished a show 2 weeks ago. used jan tana competetion foam. Looked good. the green comes from your skin not being prepped correctly. I can give you info on the foam and skin prep if you would like. Nothing beats being sprayed with Jan Tana!
