Rock on! You did a great show this year. All us Sioux City guys had a great time.

I would have loved to have kept on the diet and done a few more shows but it just wouldn't work out. I promised my wife I'd relax for awhile and I work for the Railroad........they own me. I had to beg for the days off for the Bluffs:) I did talk to Todd Mills after the show and am going to see about using him for an entire prep. If I can get my wife pregnant soon, she might be more inclined to let me compete as she wouldn't want to be doing much of anything anyways:) John, about the tan....it would have been fine had I not become lazy sitting back stage for so long and touched it up. In all honesty, I did not see myself winning my class, so I didn't bother. The plan is Liberty 2010, unless she is preggo.....then it is on this April. Good luck this weekend Jason.
