Okay, I did one week of the training diet and I love it! I am sure that feeling will change as the weeks go on. As a newbie, what supplements should I include with my diet? Vitamin A, C, E, Conjugated linoleic acid, CoQ10, etc.

It probably depends on the shape you are currently in and your goals.

I don't take many. Whey protein and a multi vitamin.

I would add some fish oil supplements. Are you on a training (bulking)diet or a competition prep diet?
