My trainer has a Q? Can you compete in a NANBF show with breast inplants?
My Q? Are there any BB fed. that one could not compete in with them?
I know I see girls with them but the photos don't always say what show they're in.

Breast implants are fine in the NANBF. It is even stated in the rules of the NANBF. As far as I know any BB organization allows them.

Thanks,
I did look at the forbidden substance etc. and saw "no muscle inplants" and figured they were OK. My trainer just wanted me to double check. As you know it's alot of work getting ready to be turned away on show day.
