CREATINE.... HELP!!!!!!

Postby tank2177 on Tue Sep 15, 2009 10:58 pm

Ok i have a question.... I am totally confused on what kind of creatine to use? Whats the best creatine for adding size? Should I go with a straight creatine powder or should I go with a Creatine that already has the sugars and stuff like that in it?[/b]

creatine help

straight creatine monohydrate. 5g twice daily.
be sure to cycle on and off during regular workout routine changes(6-8 wks).
if you take a pre-workout supplement, look to see if its in there, no need to double dose. most of the "other" creatine products contain sugars to speed up absorbtion, but that's all crap.

Honestly its going to be an individual based response to individual type (designs of creatine) something like a monohydrate truly requires a delivery system, aka sugar... I am a Creatine Ethyl Ester fan it worked well for me, but I take a lot of preworkout supps instead its just more convenient to do the creatine post, as I require some before and after to see the true benefit... That's just my experience and science based knowledge...
