Alternate DB curls-20x20 25x15 30x8[felt some pain in right bicep tendon last set so stopped at 8] It is getting better,just going to take some time.

Tendon in right arm is still giving me some problems so I haved decided since I am off work for the next week I will only train legs. Hope this rest will get me back up to par.

Been training steady, just have not had time to post it. Went on a weekend trip to Eureka Springs, Ar and Branson ,Mo. Had a blast ate too much junk. Fun time is over, time to clean up the eating. We are done with all Family Holiday fun, so that will make it a lot easier. Going to be off work until Jan.5th. Plans are train a few clients, lots of cardio and lifting, and as much relaxing as I can get away with. Going to blast legs tomorrow, will try to keep journal up a little better.
