It is most likely a little to early to know who will be there. I Promote the Southern States Classic and we really cannot get read on the competitors till a few weeks out. One thing that is a sure bet is that there is always many rookies normally 50-60%. I know I will be there for my first Pro debut . I assure you that there will be quality competitors at this contest as always Pro or Amatuer. So if you are planning on doing it be at your best.

I will be competing at the Golds Classic. This will be my fourth show this year, I did one NPC in Colorado with some friends. I prefer NANBF, that whay I know what I am up against, so to speak.

I will be competing in womans bodybuilding open category. My height is 5'5" and I usually come in at comp time around 125. I am hopeing to be leaner this go around and am praying for 120. I am shooting for the pro card, but if it doesnt happen this time there is always the Super USA Pro Qualifier in November.

Best of luck on your competition!

And John, cant wait to see how you do in your first Pro show!!! How awesome is that!!!!

John,

Jason Vaughan here. I wanted to wish you luck in your pro show debut. I am sure you will be dialed in and ready to go. Your conditioning is always fun to admire. I will be their making an attempt for an open short class win. Patience is a virtue, and will have to see how things fall into place the next couple of weeks.

Take Care,
Jason

Sean,

You have no idea how stoked I am for our little session!

I was cruising the natural world and found that the NANBF had this up and running. Nice deal.

Besides, I had to get away from all the rah rah, "you go girls" and "you rocks" for a while, that is why I haven't posted much on Joe's forum. I am not really into the "someone support me, I am on a diet" stuff.

No worries Brad, when we train there won't be any words of encouragement. I'll just tell you when your set is up and then mumble something under my breath about skin folds in a passive aggressive manner. That should motivate you. ;)

HA! I am all for encouragement, I just don't need to know EVERYTHING about people.

You sir may want to bring a camera, I am something to behold when working out! Seriously though, what are you training on that day?

:?: My wife just sent in my paperwork and money order, so I guess I'm in! Was going to do the Liberty a coupld of months back with a friend of mine from Extreme but got the flu and the rest was history.

I'm dialed in nicely this year, hope to come out in the top five. I am not real partial to height catagories but that's how this show is devided. Anyone know what the heighht cutt off is for short, and tall?
